Wellington Spirit Sailing League Grand Final ... and the winner is!

In the Winner takes all final series Positively Wellington Venues started out strong winning the first race by a few seconds over The Interislander. HSBC took a comfortable third and Belinda and Co unfortunately got stuck out the wrong side to bring up the rear.

However Belinda and Co bounced back to lead the fleet the whole way round the course to take a commanding victory in race two. Again, in second was The Interislander followed by Positively Wellington Venues and HSBC.

Going into the last race anyone could still win the series. It was Positively Wellington Venues who ended up taking the win and overall victory from The Interislander over Belinda and Co in 3rd place followed closely by HSBC in fourth.

A short Prizegiving Ceremony was held at Shed 5 to hand out the trophy and thank all teams for participating in the League. Again thanks to Positively Wellington Venues, The Interislander, Belinda and Co and HSBC for your support of th Wellington Spirit Sailing Team.
