The Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club warmly welcomes you to the CentrePort International
Youth Match Racing Championships for 2008.

The CentrePort International Youth Match Racing Championships 2008 is hosted by the RPNYC
and has attracted a high calibre of competition. This prestigious event is an ISAF Grade 3
event for sailors under the age of 21 years and is contested via a match-racing format with
on water umpiring.

Semi Final


Due to strong winds placing a premium on time, the semi final stage has been skipped. Teams 1 and 2 (Corbett & Junior) from the Round Robin phase will sail off for 1st and 2nd. Teams 3 and 4 (Short & Farrand) will sail off for 3rd and 4th. This is dependent on weather.

Finals


Unfortunately the final stage has to be skipped due to strong winds.
The wind had abated and all sailors rushed back onto the water and unfortuately by the time they got there the wind had picked up again. The final standings will be taken from the Round Robin.
