2013 Two-Handed Central Triange Race
The 2013 Two Handed Central Triangle Race starts from Wellington on 2nd March 2013 with the first leg of 195 nautical miles to Akaroa. Leg two takes the fleet 350 miles north to Napier. The final leg of 205 miles back to Wellington completes the triangle.

2012 Youth Match Racing Nationals
Seven teams competed for the title of national champion at the 2012 New Zealand Youth Match Racing Championship. Racing took place over three days with Chris Steele and team from the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron taking out the Warren "Wolfie" Williams trophy to become the 2012 New Zealand youth match racng champions.

2012 Central Region Interclub Champs
The 2012 Central Region Interclub Champs were a close run affair again this year with Worser Bay Boating Club coming out on top. With racing taking place directly off the Royal Port Nicholson Yacht Club in Wellington's Stadium of Sailing (Lambton Harbour), it was a great event for both competitors and spectators.
